Tae Bo® Fitness is an exercise that teaches a person how to communicate with their body. Tae Bo® Fitness is more than training your body and getting in shape. It is important to remember that Tae Bo® Fitness will give back to you whatever you put into it. It is like sowing & reaping, if you plant a seed and nourish it, it is guaranteed to grow. As your will is tested it is also strengthened. When you push your body to the next level, you build it. As your mind and will are challenged, you gain huge amounts of physical and inner strength and confidence.
What do you need to bring? Water, boxing gloves, towel (optional),
clean/dry sneakers.

BoxFitSM Class - 60 minute Body Blast incorporates all the fundamentals of a boxer's workout. You'll do pad work, bag work, and Tae Bo® drills. This is the Ultimate Workout challenge.
